Comprehensive capture, storage and reporting of bioanalysis data
The highly regulated area of bioanalysis requires data management well beyond the simple capture and reporting of data. Comprehensive traceability is required for instrument calibration records, sample and reagent handling as well as integration with third party laboratory equipment (e.g. label printers) and data stores (e.g. Watson™ LIMS).
E-WorkBook for Biology (BioBook) provides one framework for the capture, analysis and reporting of bioanalysis data. Furthermore, easily configurable templates are available to assist users with the calibration and record keeping of laboratory instruments. Users have the option to perform analysis within BioBook or use third party analysis tools. In-addition, BioBook allows the reporting of issues relating to workflows as well as highlighting predefined key performance indicators for the laboratory.
