IDBS Cohort Explorer enables you to quickly and easily slice and dice consented (post IRB approval) patient data to select patient cohorts of disease/non-disease and responders/non-responders for further analysis in biomarker and translational medicine studies.

Cohort Explorer is designed especially for scientists and clinical researchers to remove the dependence on informatics support and searching across multiple electronic medical records, clinical studies, lab results and patient histories, allowing you to interactively stratify cohorts in minutes, not months.

Time based patient data is stored alongside biobanking information on available samples, their storage medium, age and status enabling you to gain a clear understanding of what cohorts could support immediate experiments.
